Guided breathing allows you to immerse yourself into a tranquil forest and reconnect with nature, whilst long massage strokes release tension. A warm mud mask will help recharge and revitalise your skin while a scalp massage has you drift off into a serene state of mind. The ultimate natureful haven for the mind and body.
Features: Inhalation and guided breathing, massage focusing on back, hot stone placement, experiential facial featuring exfoliation, warm mud mask and pressure point massage, as well as a scalp massage..
